Not professional at all - never have any paperwork ready when I needed it. There’s always excuses for something.
DONT GO HERE. They take your vehicle and you won’t see it for weeks. They never have anything done.
Great customer service, very friendly and informative. I was in and out in less than 30 min. For an oil change and all fluids checked. It's always a little scary going to an automotive service place of business as a female because there are so many dishonest people out there. I would highly recommend bringing your car there for any of your A/C and automotive needs.
