I really did not enjoy my time at palm shores,but I learned a valuable lesson being that you only value something more when it’s scarce. While most of the staff behavior was subpar, there are few individuals that I will remember for the rest of my life namely, Mr Elliot, Mr tc( Mr Tyrese), ms Gina, ms Peggy, Mr Isaiah, Mr Rashad, Mr Julio, ms Heidi, Mr George and Mr Jeremiah . Thank you for making my stay tolerable.
The really helped me whenever I needed it and they where very nice and they had insensitives that were fun
While at palm shores i had some rough moments just like when at home, but the support i got there really impacted me more than i could have described to anyone, not only did it help my behavior there, but also at my house and my grandmother tells me everyday how much I've matured and how she is so happy i went there, it truly changed my life for the better. My niece was assaulted by a child who has assaulted NUMEROUS other patients. The patient is still at the facility all they are doing is moving the pt from unit to unit. This facility is negligent and should be closed down
This facility lies and does not communicate. They are rude and disrespectful and do not care what the family of the patient says in any way. The doctor has never once spoken with me even though I have requested her to call me for 3 months. This is highly unethical. Do not trust your care to this facility. Dr. Angermeier is the one who refuses to talk to parents of a minor in treatment there. Cecile only returns phone calls when the insurance demands it and sets up a conference call.
