This place is really great. I've been in the same apartment for 3 years and I had a great time. It's sad that they are selling this place. To give you some information, this apartment is old for sure and you may find old appliances from decades ago but functional. For the price, this place is great and I'll miss it. AVOID at all costs… 2 weeks no hot water and zero communication to residents when it will be fixed. I’m lucky i’m a student and I can shower at the rec near by but there are people with young children and management offers no recourse. If i could give this place zero stars I would. So many things went wrong when I was moving in and once i was actually moved in it was so bad I left after 2 months. Me and my roommate at the time spent months trying to contact them and get paperwork filled. They do no answer the phone EVER (the inbox is always full so you can't leave a voicemail) and you have to go in person and pray the office door is unlocked so you talk to them. I am surprised that this place has only got a 2.9. I have lived here for a year and a half. The maintenance people have always been very helpful and often finished the work orders much quicker than I had expected. The previous property managers (Kim and Cari) and the current one (Melissa) have all been very professional and efficient.
