Wonderful friends to have lots of fun with.
We came here two years ago and rented for one month. We thought it was too long to be away from home. I almost cried when it was time to go home! Last year we rented for three months and this year for four months. If we were not so old we would buy a mobile home here for sure. However, we are Canadian and, pretty soon, the cost of health insurance will be more than we want to pay. ( We do not have insurance provided by employers we retired from). Hello. I moved here last May and I have enjoyed it very much. Very safe, very clean, very well kept. Keep informed after every Saturday coffee. Most of the time I forget what I heard, but now I take notes.
You are a part owner of the park. You have a say in how the park in managed. They do an awesome job in keeping the park well groomed. The streets are paved nicely and do not have pot holes. The park is located close to many shopping and dining establishments. The monthly fees are very reasonable.

From the first week We stayed here in 2006 we have enjoyed coming back to enjoy the weather, events but mostly the people we have met here in the park. The park is well planned, owned by the residents and has so much to offer people looking for a safe happy place to spend time.
The best mobile home park for seniors in deep south Texas....in my humble opinion!! It's such a nice, well-kept place to live...but it's the people who really make it like home and family!! They are simply awesome... I was singing with the choir and invited to a BBQ within 5 days after moving here, and that was 17 years ago!!! Time sure flies when you're having so much fun.... Come check us out...you'll be glad you did!!!
