Do not use Palm Realty of PSL. Shirley Cherveny (the owner) is an unethical thief. She rented a home to us, did a walk through at move out, and indicated we'd have no problem getting our $1400 deposit back. After we moved (5 hours away), she kept the entire deposit to re-carpet the bedrooms. We lived in the house for 6 years! The carpets were white.
