Been trying to reach them for days now and literally no one will answer a phone. Smh. -Edit 8 minutes after posting this the phones are going to voicemail.. both of them the Jenifer lady who spoke to me originally about the house I was trying to rent and the " palm properties " straight to voicemail...
The BEST i have ever rented off of. Thru Covid and having had other issues come up, they will work with u. I cant thank them enough for the patience they've given me thru some rough spots. Far from a slumlord like someone said.
We have been renting since May , great pricing for our house and to know we can make it as our home, we have had no issues with this company!
Rented from them for maybe 3 months. Had to fill out maintenance requests daily because we never had hot water for one day. When it rained outside it also rained in the laundry room. When you took a bath the water would drain into the dining room. Definitely slum lords but if you need something quick and month to month, you can get it here. *EDIT* It's more than a little sketchy that everyone who speaks on the slumlord tendencies gets a response "We have no record of you" Ok Karen lol.
