Dr.Makenzie is incredible. The administration in this place is GOD AWFUL! I have been dealing with them sending a properly filled out pre-authorization for 7 months! When I call in told one of the same 2 stories. 1. “We just barely got the request.” “When did you get it? I sent it in awhile ago.” “Well it doesn’t show us when we got it. HORRIBLE!!!!!! My appointment was at 9:20 am I arrived at 9:00 am to fill out new patient paperwork That took me about five minutes I didn’t get called to the back till 10:01 . I didn’t leave till 10:50 and the reason why I left at 10:50 was cause I had to leave for a different appointment. If not, I would’ve still been sitting there for who knows how long They have no respect for your time but want the patient to respect their time. Overall, this place was horrible. Friendly staff the only differculty was using the app to click into your provider and doctor's name.
