Upon meeting Andrea she was kind and did her job. However, I'm very disappointed in how Andrea Torrey has handled me as a patient. I received some very alarming and devastating labs on my birthday and she didn't even care to follow-up with me. At least to go over my labs and explain things. Don’t recommend if your health needs attention this is not the place they treat you like a number like a human went in with chest pain 6 months later still no luck no follow ups and no interest wasted money on labs which I feel they should refund because I haven’t received an outcome two coworkers drop them for same reason poor business
They never answer the phone and when they do your on hold forever. I also waited 20 mins to get my blood drawn while the tech was on the room across the hall talking to another employee about her recent weight loss and what they did over the weekend. No one really has an answer for anything. This place is a JOKE!! I will not be going back
My experience at Palm Primary Care raised serious concerns that I think other patients should be aware of. I went in solely for a routine preventive screening that I have had multiple times before at other providers. I had no symptoms, no health concerns, and was not seeking evaluation or treatment for any issue.
