Palm Primary of Mansfield overcharged me $165 for a copayment which should've only been $25. I've been disputing my claim since April 17, 2026. Palm Primary didn't submit this claim to their billing department until May 2026. I spoke to PP billing dept on July 6 and I was informed my refund would be submitted and processed. Palm Primary is slow walking my refund. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board.
