I had a terrible experience with Dr. She lacked empathy and treated me as if I weren’t even human. Her demeanor was so detached, it felt like she came from another world. Instead of offering support, she completely shattered my confidence. While the staff was kind, the doctor herself was not. This experience left me feeling awful, impacting not just my day but my entire month—maybe even my year. I will never be returning.
Today I had my second appointment with Barvi. The first appointment was short, she was kind of dry but I didn't go away thinking anything of it. She scheduled me to do lab work and come back a month later. So coming in today I told her all the symptoms I was having. She stated because my labwork is normal these could be preconceived symptoms. Booked my appointment on Zocdoc. Came in and was greeted, filled out paperwork, and waited shortly. This office is clean, inviting and has a wonderful staff. Dr Barve was very informative, reassuring, and so kind! I will definitely be coming back.
The staff and doctor always acknowledge you when you come in. The wait is less than 5 minutes and the doctor always listens to your problems and tries to get the appropriate diagnosis
I scheduled with them a few months back for my husband and I as new patients for our physicals. THEY sent me a calendar invite for our appointments but when we got there she insisted that my appointment was an hour earlier. I showed her the calendar invite that they sent me and she continued to argue with me even though I had evidence that they screwed up. So I left because I do not want incompetent people handling my medical stuff.
