Very pleasant and thorough
Everyone is very kind.
I reserved for annual checkup on friday through zocdoc. Nowhere it says they dont take in new patients for annual physical. On monday as i am on my way to appointment i get a call saying they cant take me in as i am a new patient, but its terrible considering i was 5 mins away from them. No messages or texts or automated messages regarding this information, especially considering this is year end. Terrible.
