Absolutely loved our experience here! The atmosphere is so welcoming, fun, and kid-friendly. They really put thought into making children feel comfortable. The TVs were such a nice touch, and having Bluey playing while my son was getting his teeth checked was the icing on the cake! 😂💙 Dr. Sun was amazing! She was very thorough with my son, made sure I understood everything, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy. They required you to sign a form granting them permission to record the session and they refused to see my child without a signature on this form even if she was in pain. They had the nerve to put “your privacy is important to us” on the form and did not disclose the existence of this form until you actually showed up. EDIT: After I later called and asked her to put her refusal in writing, she suddenly had a change of heart and offered to see my child on an emergency basis — offering also that her receptionist “meant” to say... read more

We absolutely love Palm & Poppy Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The office is adorable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and communication is so easy. I love that they make it convenient to communicate by text, phone, or email. Dr. Sun is wonderful with kids and does such a great job making them feel comfortable while also taking the time to communicate everything clearly with parents.
