First couple of years here were less than stellar, however, the new property manager Vinnie has been working hard to make much needed improvements. He will go above and beyond to help.
This place is a wreck. You can't use any amenities like the gym or pool. Total disrepair ! The grounds are not well kept except for the pockets of those who own it.
One of my best buddies just moved in here and he loves this place! He mentioned the apt was very nice & spacious, he also likes the location in proximity to all the businesses & amenities in the neighborhood just outside the apartment complex…
I live currently in this apartment complex, and it owned by people in a nother state that you are *not allowed to contact*. They have refused to pay for the repairs for the roof, or the water damage on the support beams in my unit fix which reported a while ago. Let me be clear, the maintenance crew and office manager work their butts off. Theres never a day when i dont see the current manager hustling trying to do what he can. Horrible place, office never open. Vinny only wants to contact through email, he charges you fees for things you dont have like dogs & pest & threatens to evict if not payed, horrible maintanence, roaches out of control, pipes are always stopped up
