I have been going to Palm Nails on and off for YEARS and referred everyone I know to go there and in return, given them lots of business. I have only had an issue with one of the guys who did my nails. I thought the first time was a fluke, but I went in last week to get my usual manicure with gel polish and pedicure. I have never been so angry in the work I have received from the salon since I begin going there. My pedicure was not done well at all. Do not waste your time. This place does not know one thing about customer service. I wish I never wasted one dime there because my nails look horrible after that I went to another place to fix them. I was going to talk to the manager but she was on the phone the whole time ignoring me. I hope to warn patrons about this place not being worth your time and money.

This nail salon has the worst service. The employees are rude and do not know how to properly treat customers. I would never reccommend them and warn others not to go there. On top of their bad service, the guy was so bad that he made me bleed and the acrylics were crooked!
