A dump! If you can get beyond the roaches, filth and, what appears to be a bipolar owner, you will love it here. The grounds are nice and the people are cool.

I wish I could post pics of the disgusting rooms and common areas. In my room, the toilet seat has disintegrated and the dormmates have piles of stuff everywhere. There are live and dead roaches in rooms and common areas. If you added a sheet of paper under the mattress, it would double the thickness. Save your money, go elsewhere and actually enjoy the area.

The place is cheap. That is the best I can say. The rooms and main building are filthy and swarming with cockroaches! Stay anywhere but here.
This place has the best vibes! Best people and great lakeview! Very relaxing.
