I think its time for a bigger office with more seating space. Waiting room fully packed and i cant stand long and getting dizzy. What are we to do.

I haven't seen my Endocrinologist since 11/5/25 because she cancelled my appt in Q1 2026 the day prior stating that she would be "out of the office" and there were no avail appts until 6/24/26. This is very dangerous to go unmonitored for so long. When Dr. Palal's office called me to reschedule, I reminded them about sending my new lab order to Quest Diagnostics for my June appt and the office staff said they would take care of it. ​They are charging me a "no-show" fee for an appointment I didn't even know existed. The last time I was in this office, I was verbally assaulted by another patient. Instead of calling security, staff expected me to sit in the waiting room with my aggressor, so I told them I likely wouldn't return. Years later, I tried to give them another chance and resume care with Dr. Palal, but the manager flatly refused to waive this unfair balance. The total lack of empathy from management is shocking. The medical assistant for Dr. Nakhle was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed unfit for her job. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
