​They are charging me a "no-show" fee for an appointment I didn't even know existed. The last time I was in this office, I was verbally assaulted by another patient. Instead of calling security, staff expected me to sit in the waiting room with my aggressor, so I told them I likely wouldn't return. The medical assistant for Dr. Nakhle was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed unfit for her job. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

I was recently diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. So, you can imagine how I was feeling when it came down to my 1st appointment. The girls in the office look mean and stressed out. I payed my copay and had to turn around and pay MORE at checkout…and if I don’t, then I can’t schedule my next appointment. And that could happen every time. I could go in thinking I was paying 150 and leave paying 190z.
