This place was so amazing. I recommend anyone to get your care here.
It's a hit or miss with them. Previous visits were routine no issues but today still waiting on a script to be sent to pharmacy. Appointment was 1pm 3 hrs later it still hasn't been sent
At palm medical the atmosphere is very laid back and calm. I liked that the staff was friendly they deserve five stars! Staff got me into dr. Halder’s office quickly however once in I had to wait over 30 minutes also when I made an important request about my medication he dismissed it. Also he made an excuse about not doing vitamin d bloodwork! I am not used to getting that kind of treatment as my previous doctor respected my requests and listened carefully. The staff is very friendly and very professional. Fay Cameron takes her time and listen to my concerns that I may have and that means a lot as a patient. She’s very understanding and friendly.
