I came in person to schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone or responds to messages. The office was supposed to reopen at 1:00 PM after lunch, but the sun was scorching and they didn't open until 1:27 PM. When I asked why they hadn't opened at 1:00 PM as scheduled, the front desk lady told me they were in a meeting. Meanwhile, an elderly man and I were left outside in the heat.
