The office staff is great!
I was a bit nervous because this was my 1st experience with an HMO Medicare Humana Gold Plus provider. But I must say that my experience at Palm Medical Centers on North Dale Mabry (at the medical center located behind the IHOP) was excellent! They were thorough, attentive, exceptionally an pleasant staff, and a very knowledgeable, kind, and patient doctor...
