Disappointed with customer service. I called today to make an appointment and at first a lady picked up put me on hold as I thought she did but NO the call was disconnected I called again and a yesenia pick up very very rude as I continued to speak she was nasty with a nasty attitude I even told her that her customer service was unprofessional and again another nasty remark and all I wanted to do was get an appointment.
