Palm Lake Village, Apartments Dunedin, Not desirable at all!!! My parent was recently in the hospital. They were advised to have management cut an opening in the tub so they were able to get in easily due to medical conditions. My parent was told it’s not in the budget for this year, you have to wait till 2026.
I'm really sad I wasted 2 years on the waiting list and $50,last year the rents went up a lot but I could still manage $871. I just got a letter effective immediately,gone up $200 and not even remodelled.I am sorry for the people already living there.
