This is the worst apartment complex.There is it's to be for fifty five and over community.And the office staff here is c***The manager needs to be fired and the person in charge in the main office needs to be fired for allowing her to have such disgusting behavior toward her tenants.

There are over 40 open apartments if that tells you anything! They are inconsistent with their policies (maybe it's a who you know kinda thing). Landscaping is horrible... nothing but dirt unless you do your own grass. New asst mgr is one of those feather fluffing individuals, if you know what I mean. Communication is horrible except for a gentleman named Chris, he's always on point. Rent is getting out of control. Personally, my neighbors are great 😁 I do want to give accolades to the maintenance team... they are fabulous!

Palm Lake Village, Apartments Dunedin, Not desirable at all!!!   My parent was recently in the hospital. They  were advised to have management cut an opening in  the tub so they were  able to get in easily due to medical conditions. My parent was told it’s not in the budget for this year,  you have to wait till 2026.

I'm really sad I wasted 2 years on the waiting list and $50,last year the rents went up a lot but I could still manage $871. I just got a letter effective immediately,gone up $200 and not even remodelled.I am sorry for the people already living there.
