Edit: I was contacted by the property and a refund was issued for our deposits. I still believe applicants should be made aware that their application may take longer than 72 hours to process (as this was not made clear to us) to ensure they can make an informed decision within the timeframe required. I went in to view Aparments and Kimberly, the distant agent who helped me was a delight to tour with. She was friendly, she listened to my needs and her communication was great! She even followed up to tell me a unit I might be interested in was being shown, so I went back to look at it a few days later.
