When we left the hotel we washed the carpet and wiped everything clean and they did not pay us for cleaning and washing the carpet in order not to give us the deposit we paid and they asked for more money. The corridors were infested with cockroaches and ants. Despite telling them many times they did not take care of it.
Filled out the application. Paid the $500 deposit to hold the apartment. Didn't qualify and they just kept the $500. I have called several times, no response. This was in November 2024. This place is a scam. Looks like it's off to small claims court. Le sigh. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. COMPLETE SCAM Now March and still no word on my money. Rented a cottage by the pond a few months back for my senior mother the walk through and signing of the lease went well. The property is well maintained trimmed and clean you can tell the property owners are investing a good amount of money in the property (new sidewalks, lighting painting and landscaping) .Move in was easy enough ( hired movers) nice cottage well maintained very clean.
