Yesterday I twisted my ankle had to go emergency care, I just stepped out my lanai forgetting the drop from soil erosion....told months ago that condo association will not fix the problem, I am fed up with this development wish I could get the hell out. Update... there are severe drainage issues from poorly graded foundations, told it is present in alot of areas...yet to be addressed. Upon renovation the concrete slab was crumbling within the unit...had to be fixed with additional cement prior to putting down new tile floor.... read more

Everytime it rains a mini lake develops at the edge of the foundation. Told the grading is way off and graded toward the unit. Doubt this issue will be addressed.
