WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ?!! Ha! it's Sunday 8/26, 11:45a 93 degrees and my A/C is DEAD! 2+ was ago I put in a work order as the FAN & COMPRESSOR were on their way out. Staff changed. Nothing happened. Another work order. I'm 65 yrs old and just had major eye surgery. In response to my call for emergency service, Ashley told me that the only way I could get a/c service today was to call & pay for it myself!! Did I mention that I've been without my driveway for a month?! Renters beware
Great People to work with! We found a great rental through them with great neighbors. So glad we went through them.
