I just recently moved into the new property, the depiction of the property on the company site was not only accurate, but very well pictured. The staff was quick to reply and answer any questions I had. Marie and Maggie helped me from beginning to end. They helped things move along quickly and didn’t skip a beat, and both are very professional and friendly.

Marie actively will lie and gaslight. They lie about sending emails. They do not send any sort of instructions or warnings for moving out. They send AC people out who never fix the problems. They put phoney charges on your account after you move out. And regardless of how often you call and try to talk to anybody in management they will not give you a voicemail and they will not let you talk to anybody. They will hang up the phone on you numerous times.

Do NOT rent with this company! They dragged us along while they were moving forward with other applicants. Had us pay the $150 to apply and then the next day they told us the house was unavailable. We had a friend call to inquire about the same property and they told her to fill out an application!! Marie was very unprofessional in making us believe we were getting the property. Just crazy.

Do not use this company! My son just applied for a house to a rent in St Petersburg and paid $150 for himself and his girlfriend and after Palm Island got their money they told them they had an application last week that was getting the house. They still have the house listed for rent so don’t pay application fees because they are taking your money when they already have rented out the property. Palm Realty steals your money!
