Very friendly and kind people. I had no idea I was claustrophobic until I was set in place within the MRI tunnel. I started to panic and they immediately let me out and allowed me to breathe a bit. I was able to control my newly found fear and make it through the procedure, but I was SO happy to have such a great staff to understand and work with me! Thanks, Palm Imaging!!! Next time, though, I think I might need some chill-pills prior to the procedure :-)
Worst place ever. Showed up 15 minutes before our 8:30 appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes ask the nurse when we were going to be able to be seen. Nurse said it wasn't her Department and kept continuing to see people that checked in after us. Had a nice argument with the nurse she even followed us out into the parking lot to continue arguing with us. Never did get seen will never go back there ever
Worst experience I have ever had! I had to wait an hour and a half my appointment was at 8:30 and I was there until 10 and I still didn't get seen I ended up walking out the woman there was very rude and very profane I cannot believe anyone would be allowed to work in a place like this that acted the way she did!
Thief in the office !!!! If I could give NO star I would - today My mother went in there to get a foot x-ray and the technician on staff that took the x-ray advised my mom that she was moving her purse and my mother not thinking anything of it allowed this individual to move it. When my mother got home she noticed her wallet was wide open and her money was missing. It may have been only $40 but to a senior that is on a fixed income that's a lot. I had appointment on the 3rd of this month i signed n checked in but got me in so quickly n came right out too and i was done. So it was great service for me.
The staff was friendly and I was taken care of in a timely manner
