City needs to do an inspection of the Venue areas. Many safety violations. Electrical Wiring, trip hazards, no emergency exit signs, only 2 point of entry un marked in the event of an emergency. And the inhouse event person is not friendly and rude.

We had a good experience at the Palm House for our daughter’s wedding on January 2025 From the very first tour, Jessie was incredibly informative and helpful. Just had our wedding at Palm House and everything was picture perfect. The venue is gorgeous and offers a Miami experience like no other. We opted to have our ceremony within the entrance area of Palm House instead of on the public beach, which gave us a private space, protected by the elements, while still being on the sand and comfortably fitting 80 people.
