The Palm House Miami was an absolute dream of a wedding venue. From the very beginning, their team was incredible to work with — especially given our short planning timeframe. Kimberly and Jessie truly handled every detail, both throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The bar tender mistakenly misidentified me as someone who had previously walked out on their tab. We had never been there before. He refused to acknowledge that he mistaken me for someone else and then continued to give us grief while making our already paid for drinks. Also note that it took him 3 incorrect drinks to get a simple tequila soda right. Then when my friend corrected him, he responded with “I’m fine with wasted drinks as long as they’re paid for”.
