The program works. It is very restrictive, however, fewer options equates to easier choices if you are a very busy person. Coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable pertaining to the program and food in general. Very positive experience.

She is available at anytime to answer questions and does not pressure you in any way to purchase unnecessary products. I appreciate the support and professionalism during my ideal protein journey.
