I contacted them about us buying a land and home package. Joshua emailed me and guided us through the application but it's funny how he never got back to me after he told us that he's trying to see if financing can put aside a certain mortgage thats on my husband's credit, since I'm the one paying it and not my husband. Like, why would I be the one to keep emailing him for the update yet we are trying to give them business? Like on my last email, he literally ignored me. I'm so disappointed. He's still quiet to date
DO NOT GO HERE!! Choose a different company. It took them 2 years to give me my home for a home that was already pre-built. It all happened because of one of their contractors went out of business and they delayed in getting me someone else. Seemed like they didn't really care and pretty much you are paying for this home as soon as it gets sold to you. On top of that the home was poorly built, when they sat it down and were making "fixed" they left a lot of unfinished for a new home. They do not cover the nail holes, that is... read more
