It’s 2020 and you don’t have a call back option and we are stuck waiting 2+ hours on hold. This a good VA with good employees, just ran very poorly, the fact we are forced to stay on hold is just flat out stupid. This is the only entity that forces people to wait on the phone versus a call back feature, the VA gets billions in funding, yet they can’t install this 1 simple feature 🐸☕️

I had an eye condition that was misdiagnosed by a civilian institution. I met DR. Shur at the VA clinic in New Port Richey, Fl. He explained to me just what the problem was, and what needed to be done in easy to understand terms. He saved my eyesight. If you are under his care you are in good hands.
