We stopped in just to get information and left feeling almost certain that a manufactured/modular home is the way we want to go, all thanks to Andy! He was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made the process feel much less overwhelming. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale.
