Horrible! Sale went great. They were very accommodating during that time! However it quickly went sour. Their demo guy is not professional, and has given us every excuse in the book for over a week now! We needed a 2bdrm home on the property knocked down first. Shouldn't have taken long at all to do. The worst place ever to do businessThey are great during the sales and signing part of the deal. But once the home is delivered and set up...its lie after lie! Nick (GM) has done nothing but lie! Promises everything will be repaired and the correct items will be installed in home after 3 months my son is nowhere near satisfied! They installed wrong island in the home and won’t replace it! Rosslyn at Solitaire Homes of Fort Worth was amazing! She helped us through the entire process and answered questions promptly. We were kept aware of each step as our home was built and told how to prepare our property. Our home is exactly what we wanted. I can’t recommend them enough!Â
Do NOT buy from this company if you ever want ANY level of customer service AFTER they have your money. We have gone all the way through THREE levels of management trying to get “customer service” on very small, seemingly simple things dine that should have been done on delivery. It has been 6 months. There is not room here to describe the lied and missed appointments and tens of hours of calls and emails with ZERO satisfaction. BUYERS BEWARE!Â
