Met with Josh who explained the differences between the homes we thought we wanted , showed us several models , found one with a layout we were happy with.left to go home and discuss with family and check paper work unfornatately the hoa restrictions or my sons property does not allow manufacturered homes,so deal was off. Would go again if circumstances change.
