Do not do business here. A lot of promises and feel good words to make you buy a home. A huge let down from nearly every angle. We are nearly 6 months into the process and still have a home covered in blue tape waiting for punch services. If youre okay with a brand new house looking half way put together, buy here.
The salesman and Mike the manager flat lied to me. . I bought the house 3-28-2026 and asked if it could be set and turn key on June 1 . Mike in June said the only way they would deliver the trailer was if I pay for it in advance. . They delivered the trailer and it wasn’t the floor plan I picked out. But the salesman and general manager Mike slid a quick one on me. I sighed off on a different floor plan that me , my daughter and son - in - law did not like. Let me start by saying that this is my first home ever! Laura over at Palm Harbor was by my side every step of the way. She was patient with my changes and my work schedule. I did everything through the phone and trusted her judgement. I knew she would get me what I wanted and needed. I’m so excited to start this new adventure of being a new home owner.
