Great home quality! John K the sales rep is amazing! Goes above and beyond to get things done and makes sure everything is as expected. Christy who works in the office is great as well. Highly recommend Normandy Homes in Jax.

Avoid 'Pass the buck' John at all costs. He gets your confidence and then your money. Acts like he will take care of everything, yet does nothing. Once that happens, he gives every reason under the sun why things take forever and don't get done. Gives delivery dates, then changes them once he gets payment. Multiple times. Constantly blames everyone and everything else instead of getting things done. Instead of listening to the customer, he gets upset and proceed to yell over the phone and try to lecture you. Imagine spendin... read more

Part 1. 8/21 Palm Harbor of LufkinTX. Sucks. Colin the manager will tell you anything and promise everything to get the sale. But once you sign and pay for the new house your kicked to the curb. And when they say delivered setup and A/C included. What they mean it is dropped off and you better know how to run your electrical, Run your water and install your septic. after 7 months of getting nowhere with them I ended up having to do it my self. Staying on top and fighting with there sub contractors. And make sure you watch t... read more

Here is my personal experience. I gave them a low rating based on their archaic business practices, non-transparent sales tactics, and overall operations and how it effects the customer. I like their homes, the designs, and some of the stated costs. I bought one, but be warned or wiser than I was.. When it comes time to sign the contracts, they will have added several thousand dollars in charges, and call it their "gold key service", which is basically their way of raising the price without having to tell you upfront the ... read more

Spoke with Mark the manager at the Albany location regarding a crack in the ceiling at the marriage line between the living room and kitchen after having the house less than a year. I understand now that it is no longer their responsibility after our walkthrough to have that fixed by them. However, less than a year of having the house we had many issues that needed to be fixed that were within our warranty from wiring issues to cuts in the flooring, Nails sticking out from the flooring, divits, leaks from the outside faucet,... read more

Thinking about buying a manufactured home steer clear of Palm Harbor Homes! Terrible workmanship, terrible communication, and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve received in my 66 years! My wife and I lost our home to a wild fire October of 2017 in Santa Rosa Ca. We bought two homes a main house and a granny unit. The workmanship is horrible the fixtures are even worse. Warranty service nonexistent been waiting months. I’ve hired a local contractor to repair a few emergency problems. These people could care less about... read more
