These females in the office ,don't know their ass from a hole in the ground..Who else would turn the water off to the complex WITH OUT NO PRYOR NOTICE AT ALL?? IN A SENIOR PARK !! SOME OF THESE OLD PEOPLE DONT HAVE THE LUXURY OF A A/C UNIT AND RELY SOLEY ON A EVAP TYPE COOLING SYSTEM ,WHICH REQUIRES WATER TO WORK ..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IN THE OFFICE ..I MYSELF HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH A UNSANITARY SEWAGE BACK UP THATS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR ,YET THEY BURY THEIR HEADS IN THE SAND LIKE ITS GONNA GO AWAY ON ITS OWN .... read more
The park is saturated with methamphetamine drug dealers.. crime against the person..theft of personal property unregistered automobile's that does not have insurance you may as well be Ukrainian

this is a 55 & over park very quiet and Clean.
A 55+ age community that offers a swimming pool, spa, billiards tables, community clubhouse, laundry facility, and more.
I am in Wilmington, NC and knew nothing about this community until last night 2 of my accounts were hacked.... it says 55+ but whomever lives at 1624 # 104 Palm evidently plays Xbox and likes to hack other people's accounts rather than pay the $10 per month for Netflix DVD's... you are a leach...shame on you!!!
