I'm getting the feeling that the Ownership has changed hands recently. If I'm wrong, that would excuse my complaints even less so. All in all, I'm glad this place is in Palm Springs. And, they've got good hours, & location (central). But.., as far as quality, it hits mediocrity right on the head. It's just a smidge over good, thus it can't be bad. Delicious and healthy. Only complaint is the wait times.
Since we found Palm Greens cafe we refuse to eat anywhere else when we're in Palm Springs. Amazing, delicious food and juices. Love love love it.
