I agree with looking out for your charges. I'm currently in a dispute with them regarding the billing of two of our pets with the same plan but significantly different amounts. BEWARE!
WATCH OUT!!!! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES!!!!! I loved this vet. For over two years they provided wonderful service to my animals. I can no longer say this. My past visits I have been over charged significantly. Quoted one thing on the phone only to show up and pay another. Then, when debating the charges with an employee, the head doctor of the facilty, came out in a very unprofessional manner to join the debate.
