RecommendedMy brother has been at Palm Gardens since April and the entire staff (especially their social worker Ms. Sreedhevi Sasikumar, the best social worker in the field!) has him completely spoiled! They have truly mastered the concepts of patient care and customer service!! I am forever grateful for them making him feel like he has a "family" away from family!! They have definitely earned my eternal respect and admiration!!
Not happy and I am willing to go as far as filing a complaint with the STATE OF NY, I will broadcast what has transpired over ALL forms of social media, anything that will help my fathers situation. This review is for Palm Gardens’ Long Term Rehab. The supervisor nurse on the weekends was not able to answer minor questions concerning my fathers laundry (really suspicious), I’m almost certain she hung up on my mother while she was talking to her purposely on 2/15/20. Lack of concern, empathy and care
Very clean facilty and.the staff is always attending to their patents.
staff was very helpful in making transition for patient easy.
Working as a HHA for a patient on the 2nd floor respiratory department for the last 6 months . I have witnessed what a caring sensitive team of nurses rt cna dietician social worker all whom put the patients needs first and foremost and go the extra mile ALWAYS thru thick and thin. Palm Gardens, is a very nice facility in Kensington Brooklyn. Friendly people very professional staff; they have a dialysis unit on the 1st floor. They offer recreational programs for seniors they have physical therapy and occupational therapy; and the the staff is very courteous and polite to all of he patients. I totally recommend Palm Gardens Rehabilitation, Nursing Home, to anyone who needs to have their love here for Excellent care .
Palm Garden is friendly place staff is very well trained and rehabilitation is very well organized oh yes Sri Devi in social development she is very kind and helpful worker and she is always there for patients and their family’s,I am writing this review with my on experience because I living here since March,2018.
