Not the best place to send a loved one. Had tons of problems with getting through on the phone. Couldn t even get father on phone last three days before we were shocked with the phone call of his passing. Seemed cleaned enough but as my father said (before he died) when they were good they were great, when the were bad it was a horrible day.
