My brother currently lives on the 3rd floor of this building, and his experience has been nothing but stressful. Despite following the rules and being considerate — including respecting quiet hours and working from home — he’s received constant noise complaints from the tenant below, even during the daytime when walking in your own apartment should be completely acceptable.
