Reading these reviews brings back memories from 1982. I lived there for a month before receiving my eviction notice to vacate. Initially while looking for a place to call home I talked to the manager about having a small dog if it was ok and the answer was Yes after all I'd seen some dogs in the month living there. I moved my new wife in before our honeymoon. We got back from our honeymoon trip and low and behold an eviction notice: NO DOGS ALLOWED - move. I lived here for a year and honestly I loved it. I’m sad I had to move .. the manager on site Arely is sooooo friendly and great! She is very attentive and sends help when needed. This building is family friendly and they have events around the holidays. For the most part it’s quiet except for the one service dog in the building who does yap. NOTE: Tenants, managers, and maintenance staff are WONDERFUL. This is for the OWNER who decided to fix EVERYTHING in the apartment when the pandemic began--since the time people had to be at home mostly, dealing with hardships such as furloughing, educating children on own, taking care of their senior family members. He seems selfish, cheap, and anti-tenant driven. The owner decided to fix this courtyard (that no one ever uses FYI) a week or two before the beginning of the stay-at-home order.
