Palm Family is a fabulous place to get glasses. They are extremely helpful and kind. They let me walk around looking for frames, and even helped me decide which ones to buy. Thank you
be careful going to this place if you're over the age of 21 with ohp and have a condition that causes you to have bad eyes. they will not charge you for the exam but they will charge you 30$ to pick up a paper copy of your prescription to go get glasses else where. this is a scam to get money from people. go to umpqua valley eye associates. they will not take advantage of you like palm family eye care will.
Palm Family Eyecare made an error when they ordered my lenses and frames which I had paid for in full. I notified them immediately when they arrived. I have not received the correct lenses and frames or a refund. The office manager is never there to take my call and never returns my calls. It has been 10 months. They refuse to make it right. They basically stole over $300 from me.
