My husband and I are both happy with Palm Family Dental. My niece referred us to them. The staff is welcoming and nice. Dr. Palm is an excellent dentist. They take my insurance, which not all dentists take. I recently made a change the same day as my appointment from a crown to a filling. Everyone was fine with it. The dentist worked for 45 minutes on it with what seemed to be a dozen different tools. Another 45 minutes was spent letting the Novacaine take effect and letting my filling media set up. I was looking for a reliable dental provider with skilled professionals and good patient care. I found Palm Family Dental through my in-network insurance and, based on the positive Google reviews, decided to give them a try. I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait about 30 minutes. The assistant asked me a few questions, leading me to believe I would receive a proper checkup and have my retainer attachment issue addressed. This place is absolutely unorganized and retaliatory . So this March I hady first visit here and it was a nightmare , I set the appointment up weeks in advance sent my insurance and even got my old dentist to send over X-rays , the day of the appointment they couldn’t confirm my insurance even though I had a card and we called Humana over the phone together and found my plan they made me out of pocket and reimbursed me AFTER my insurance paid the copay which isn’t standard at all. Dr Palm and all staff are great. Very nice and do great work. Highly recommend!
When I first moved back to southeast Michigan I saw palm family as the top rated dental practice in the area. It is true! I have had Dr Palm and another doctor no longer with the practice examine my teeth and both were great! They are properly staffed with their hygienist team and they are so professional and polite.
