My initial refraction was incorrect and while the new refraction seems better, getting through the scheduling process and dealing with the technicians has been frustrating. I will go elsewhere in the future. Still to be determined if my glasses will even be wearable but I don’t have confidence in the staff to help me rectify the situation.
RecommendedDr. Tom and Dr. Sharon are both great eye doctors. I have been with Palm Eye Care for many years and have been treated well every year. I enjoy coming in and always feel comfortable and respected. The girls in the front are friendly and helpful too. Appointments are a little hard to come by right now due to COVID, but trust me, they’re worth the wait. I will not go anywhere else. 💗

These guys are awesome! Today they called me to let me know my insurance doesn't cover my sons until July, which saved me money, and they walked me through changing the appointment. These guys are very good!
