If I can put negative 5, I would. This company hires under qualified people. They told us we have 1 hour but apparently it was only 45 minutes. When we told Daniela in the front desk, she was old us rules are rules and whoever told you is wrong and we should talk to that person. If you’re going to hire uneducated people, train them well atleast.

Both my mom and dad are there. Had a great experience both times. The only down side is the location. Skid row right outside. But doesn't matter when you're inside. And no this is not a 5 star place more 3.5 but a 1 never.
