I had my factory transmission rebuilt by another transmission shop. The original transmission was very problematic and not fun to drive. It never shifted right and after about 17,000 miles it started to run hot. I had enough of trying to doctor the original. These guys at Palm Desert Transmission talked me into swapping out my transmission with an aftermarket upgraded transmission. I am super happy and my truck is a pleasure to drive again!!! Perfect shifts and runs cool. Thank you guys!
I had alot of issues with my truck, including tranmission. These guys were great, rebuilt my transmission. They let me know what else needed to be done...gave me referrals to another great mechanic, when he finished his work, they got my truck to the other shop to get other work done. Jose and Ernesto are great! Worth the price. For a pain in the ass customer, did me right, kind and proffessional. Thanks guys!

Jose is extremely knowledgeable and will even take the time to explain to you what is going on! If your engine/transmission light is on, I strongly recommend this place.
