I got there to my appointment and the (technician) just ignore me since I got there and wait for 15 minutes and just left to another one around the corner with good customer service. You should get some customer service training sir.
Guy named Brent can get bent. He complained to me that 2 customers had already canceled on him when I asked if I should drive my truck another 100 miles before testing. I didn't realize that having my catalytic converter replaced was going to require that I drive a certain number of miles for the cpu to reset before being able to smog. I know my regular smog guy would have told me to drive the miles and come back, but Brent guilt tripped me into doing the test because he already had 2 cancelations and it was messed up for me... read more
