I just paid $190 for an in-network teeth cleaning, which normally would be covered by insurance with a small co-pay. I thought they said the $190 was for an antimicrobial treatment, which I declined, but turns out that was for the cleaning, which I’d already gotten. She told me they only get $3 from insurance for cleanings so I guess they have to find ways to make more money from patients?
visited this office previously and was told I needed 10 fillings. After seeing a new dentist, I was informed that this level of treatment was not necessary. Based on that experience, I feel uncomfortable with the recommendations I received here and would encourage others to seek a second opinion.”
For many years I had a dentist that I had an excellent rapport with, but when I moved I was very displeased with the dental group and multiple dentists that I tried. I had a wonderful experience with the Palm Dental Smiles team. I was searching for a good dentist in Camarillo and this place is definitely a keeper. They are all very kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job helping me feel confident about taking care of my teeth. It was my first time visiting and they made me feel very comfortable and my teeth felt great after. Looking forward to my next visit, thank you so much Palm Dental!
