Very special place. The staff was very knowledgeable. The two procedures were painless and fixed my problem. If you want great dental work, this is the place.
A year of unexplained illness & 12 lb weight loss after a Crown procedure done by my previous Dentist, who said things were fine, prompted me to see Dr Kohan. After a thorough exam & Xrays she said I had a serious gum infection & needed a Root Canal asap. She provided me with a list of Endodontists & a week later I was on bigtime antibiotics & had a Root Canal. My health improved immediately! You can trust this wonderful, caring woman. She's a gentle, highly skilled Dentist & has wonderful people working with her.
I just paid $190 for an in-network teeth cleaning, which normally would be covered by insurance with a small co-pay. I thought they said the $190 was for an antimicrobial treatment, which I declined, but turns out that was for the cleaning, which I’d already gotten. She told me they only get $3 from insurance for cleanings so I guess they have to find ways to make more money from patients?
visited this office previously and was told I needed 10 fillings. After seeing a new dentist, I was informed that this level of treatment was not necessary. Based on that experience, I feel uncomfortable with the recommendations I received here and would encourage others to seek a second opinion.”
For many years I had a dentist that I had an excellent rapport with, but when I moved I was very displeased with the dental group and multiple dentists that I tried.
