My husband and I actually enjoy coming to this office (am I actually saying this???).... by far the best one we've been to in many years. So thanks to the whole staff for making it an enjoyable experience.
I had a check up with Dr. Cruz after Laurie the hygienist cleaned my teeth! She has the most gentle hands and very compassionate. I told her my back was hurting so she brought me two different pillows to choose during my visit! It felt like I was at a spa getting a facial or massage! I’m just so impressed with the entire place, you couldn’t possibly find a nicer dentist in Winter Haven! Thank you for the great experience:)
Dental Solutions of Winter Haven is an excellent dental service. Great, friendly and efficient staff. Very modern up to date equipment and skilled technicians. Dr. Polol is very thorough, friendly, and forthright in explaining and alternatives and patient needs. I highly recommend this dental office.
I couldn't be happier with the Dr and his entire staff. Very helpful and thoughtful, as well as knowledgeable. Would recommend them anytime.
I believe you will not find a more friendly capable dental facilities in the state. The rooms are clean and bright with a relaxing lake view out the windows. The care and concern that Dr. Polo displays is a reassurance that the work will be done well.

My first time with this dental practice was Great! Very comfortable office, friendly and helpful staff, thorough, gentle treatments by the hygienist and doctor (saw Laurie and Dr Cruz) ... the total experience was very satisfactory and I highly recommend this practice...Especially for those who are a bit nervous with the dental experience. Leave your worries and concerns at the door!
