Management is great, Jenna and maintenance Hector are amazing
Janna is a great Leasing Agent! She was available to help us from day one. We moved in recently and are very happy with our unit. Cozy place, with a pretty court yard. And its in a Super convenient location. We even had a couple issues upon move in, maintenance came out first thing the next morning to fox it both times. 10/10
Seems like once a week theres something going on. I can hear every single step the upstairs neighbors make. Getting charged for pest control and a/c filters but have yet to receive any. Very very hard to contact the property manager, and the walls are very thin. Loud noise from upstairs neighbors at all times of the day and night. Make sure to read your lease, lots of hidden charges. WARNING FLOOD ZONE GETTING EVICTED AFTER LOSING EVERYTHING
Do not rent here!!!!! Property do not have a manager on site , there is never no one in the office to address your issues or concerns. A lot of homeless people come in the property to brake into people’s car and the lights do not work so the place is always dark. And let us not talk about how thin the walls are !!!!!! People are selling drugs and the smell of marijuana is loud, the cameras does not work or else why do they give you a hard time when you try to gain access the footage when someone does something to your car ? ... read more
