During our time here we had the best point of contact you could have. Cassandra was always helpful and made sure our needs were always met with a helpful smile and cheerful attitude! If you’re going to see anyone about this place make sure you talk with her about any and all problems you might have with the place. She is sure to make sure the job is done correctly the first time
Horrible staff and maintance , and they never answer the phone even when they are right there ac was broke for months and apartment kept a leaking bathroom and flooding once a month
If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would do so as well. I wish I had read the reviews before we applied. They take HUGE fees up front, make you fill out a pet form and charge a fee, and ultimately denied the application due to something on my credit history from six years ago. SO disingenous to make a person pay all these fees and pet fees up front just to make money. It's no surprise they have 3.8 stars!
If it was possible to leave no stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. Especially young woman living alone. It is not a safe neighborhood. There is a homeless community in the woods next to the apartment complex, they rummage through the dumpsters daily, they use the outlets near the mailboxes and sit right outside the main office and camp when it is cold. Terrible management and service overall I would rate in the negatives if possible. I put in for maintenance request they put that they fixed it in the request never gets done you have to hound them. Laundry room was down for several months. Hurricanes flood the parking lot and when you call they don’t answer terrible communication during hazard weather I’ll rather be homeless living under a bridge than live here they only care about you paying rent. Tru slum lords avoid this complex by any means god bless
