The Tierra Buena Apartments manager is incredibly considerate and polite. If there is any problem with a current tenant, she will try her hardest to assist you. The property is really well-maintained. Much better than the previous administration.
The current manager for Tierra Buena (no longer Palm Court) is wonderful. She is very attentive and does everything she can to resolve issues. As a tenant, I have had no infestation issues and the property has proper upkeep and maintenance.
The manager at Tierra Buena Apts. is very caring and respectful. She will do her utmost best to help you with a situation pertaining to your unit.The upkeep of the property is awesome. Much improvement from the previous management..
Lovely place to move into- if you’re looking for hundreds of roach roommates that don’t pay rent and wreak havoc around the apartment. Want to go upstairs to your apartments? Simply impossible, because the families that live here will sit there day and night and will not move under any circumstances whatsoever? Amenities? How about a washer and dryer that work sometimes?
