The massages are great but utterly sick of being told to book and then it being fully booked for a month plus and then the day of the appointment after waiting forever the appointment is canceled less than two hours before. (Wasn't too sick to go out) I want my 25$ cancelation fee. Overpaid for a half-assed massage on more than one occasion and will kick you out the second its "over" which is bs you pay for an hour and a half she talks for 20 minutes and counts that as part of the time. Krystal has many years of bodywork experience and you can tell. Entering her massage room she instantly made me feel comfortable. Her space is clean and tidy in the back of a busy hair salon. She has adapted the room with lighting, calming music, and a heated table to help you transition into a tranquil space. She identifies problem areas and we discussed pressure, and possible pain. Instantly felt welcome for my appointment with Krystal. She was extremely friendly & she spent time talking out exactly what I wanted out of my massage with her. She went above and beyond! It was amazing! I also got an amazing facial which she talked me through the whole process of what she was doing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone I know! I left feeling like a brand new person! Thank you!
