Ingrid was very respectful and on time. She answered all my questions and made sure my needs were meant.
As a property manager I understand there a challenges, but this is the most unprofessional company I have delt with. The leasing agent at KC Flats took no accountability for misleading me to believe that I would have a washer and dryer and basically told me that the burden of 7k towards their investment wasn't worth it. I also realized that my windows were operating properly, which is not only illegal but not up to code. Palm communities and especially Ingrid were great to me! My old apartment had a lot of issues and I needed to find something new fast. Saw the place I wanted and approved within 48 hours I believe. I really liked how honest and responsive Ingrid was!
I was able to move in within a day and they made it incredibly easy for me. They have stayed in contact to make sure my move in went smoothly and if I was having any issues with the apartment, which I have not.
