I just moved into my new place and the whole journey experience from viewing different apartments, signing the lease, to picking up my keys was extremely pleasant! The property manager Esteban Soto was very nice and helpful! I can recommend!
This management is completely ridiculous including their maintenance. No help at all. I spent 5 hours waiting for a maintenance tech to come and finish a job he started. And no one is able to provide any assistance or clarification on when the job will be completed. No updates. The management team SUCKS, their customer service SUCKS, the maintenance team SUCKS, the apartment itself SUCKS. I strongly advise anyone who is considering them to go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
I moved into KC Flats Apartments in December of 2025. The management here is just been overly wonderful! Anytime if I had any type of maintenance issue I could go into the portal which is the easiest way to request service repair and they respond immediately and come out within 24 hours or less sometimes the exact same day!
