The Sanctuary was a great place to live the first year. In the second year, there were a lot of issues, mold was the biggest, then the breach of gated parking lot and homeless men gaining access inside the building that allegedly had security cameras that were not working until tenants demanded a safer and a more secured place. I rented with them for over two years and have had constant problems with cockroaches and noise issues because the walls are so thin. Just want people to be aware of what they’re coming into before moving in with such a big commitment. It’s a $3000 fee if you want to move out early even the place is such low quality living. The places are cute, but they’re not maintained well and they don’t have any solutions for you.
I have had a great experience renting from Palm Communities the last 3 years. Any issues we had with our unit Zach handled quickly and in a professional manor. The maintenance man Joel is awesome. Always quick to respond and very knowledgeable of how to resolve the issue. If I ever need to rent again I would have no problem renting from Palm Communities or referring anyone.
READERS - edit (at bottom) addressing Palm Communities' Rachael Munkwitz false claim of 6/13/25. To begin, know that this company is absolutely deceitful and will try and scam you out of your money left and right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
